The Project Cottage is based in the lovely coastal town of Wilmington, NC and was started with the simple desire to create. After years creating various designs either for gifts or interior design jobs which required very specific sizes, shapes and colors, owner Colleen Gardner decided to make her coastal inspired designs available to the public.
