You can showcase your favorite 5×7 photograph in this hand painted nautical frame. The big bold stripes will add interest to any wall!
This ready to hang 14×18 wood frame is cut, sanded, painted with 3 coats, striped with 2 coats, and distressed to achieve a slightly aged and weathered look.
It is is then layered with 1/4″ pieces of painted wood to add depth, character and color. Each piece of wood is sanded and painted prior to assembly and then it is retouched and gently distressed. An 5×7 piece of clear hard acrylic is mounted on the frame with decorative screws to protect your picture. The final touch is a galvanized boat cleat transforming this frame into a truly Nautical piece.
It has has a sawtooth hanger mounted on the back for easy hanging.
