It is our goal to ensure that each customer is not only 100% satisfied but truly excited about their purchase. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 10 days of receiving your package.
If the item is not what you expected we will gladly give you a store credit upon the return of the item. However, shipping will be up to you. If the item is damaged then you have 10 days to contact us and return the item. We will then either fix the item or you can exchange it for another design and we will reimburse you for the shipping.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders, personalized, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. However if you receive your item and it is damaged please contact us so we can make arrangements for a replacement.
